Our families are often where we first learn about love, connection, belonging, and boundaries. They can shape the way we see ourselves and how we relate to others—sometimes in ways we may not even realize.

In this workshop, we explore family dynamics through Bowen’s Family Systems Theory, archetypes, and the cultural values of the Filipino family. Together, we’ll look at the patterns and roles within our families, deepen our understanding of where they come from, and discover new perspectives for navigating our relationships.
