Gendai Reiki Level 1 class

Gendai Reiki Level 1 is an entry into a grounded and supportive space of self-healing, awareness, and connection. In this course, you’ll learn the foundations of Gendai Reiki, begin to sense energy more clearly, and develop trust in your natural capacity to support healing for yourself and others. No prior experience is needed — only openness and curiosity.

You’re invited to begin where you are and allow the practice to unfold in its own time.
