This month’s Community Healing invites us to soften, release, and be supported—together.

In a space of presence and care, both seasoned and emerging practitioners gather to offer and receive energy work. Within this supportive and welcoming environment, we slow down, release what we’ve been carrying, and allow the heart to gently soften.

In this collective experience, we are gently guided to release stored heaviness—guilt, resentment, and lingering emotions—within an atmosphere of care and connection.
