Being a young person today comes with unique challenges. School pressures, relationships, social media, uncertainty about the future, and the journey of discovering who you are can sometimes feel overwhelming.

BTH for Teens offers a safe and supportive space to explore the fundamentals of energy healing and self-awareness. Designed specifically for young people with ages 13-20, this class introduces practical tools for understanding energy, strengthening intuition, managing emotions, and creating healthier boundaries.

Students will learn how energy works, how to work with it responsibly, and how these simple techniques can support their own wellbeing as well as the people they care about.

Empower yourself with skills that can help you navigate life with greater confidence, clarity, and inner balance.

DAY ONE
(for all participants):
• intro to energy healing
• the aura and its parts
• feeling and scanning the aura
• protecting oneself from negative energy
• clearing negative energy
• creating your own energy shield

DAY TWO
(for participants ages 16-20 only):
• principles and steps in healing
• intro to the chakras
• doing remote healing
• healing with crystals
